Government Advice

The Government has issued the following instructions:

Stay at home

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or essential work
  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

If you have symptoms

  • Stay at home if you have a high temperature (37.8 or above) or a new, continuous cough
  • Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
  • You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home

How long to stay at home

  • If you have symptoms, you should self-isolate and not leave your house for 7 days or until your symptoms are gone
  • If you live with other people, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms

If you live with someone who is 70 or over, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system, try to find somewhere else for them to stay for 14 days. If you have to stay at home together, try to keep away from each other as much as possible. Use the NHS 111 online service if you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home, your condition gets worse or your symptoms do not get better after 7 days.

How to find us 2 BY ROAD

From M25 leave at Junction 5, follow the A21briefly towards Tunbridge Wells and then take the A25 to Sevenoaks. At the first roundabout turn right onto the A224, Amherst Hill. From M26 leave at Junction 2A , onto the A25 toward Borough Green. Continue through Seal to the roundabout in Riverhead, turn left and at the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A224, Amherst Hill. From A21 from Tunbridge Wells, take A25 towards Sevenoaks and at the first roundabout turn right onto the A224, Amherst Hill. On reaching the A224, Amherst Hill, continue to the zebra crossing and just beyond turn left into Morewood Close, which is situated next to the Fire Station. After a 90 degree right bend take the next turning right and follow the road until you arrive at the front of Beadle House.

Free parking is available to patients and visitors.

How to find us 3 BY RAIL

The nearest rail station is Sevenoaks Rail Station. On leaving the station turn left along London Road and Sevenoaks Medical Centre, Beadle House is approximately 5 minutes walk away, situated on the opposite side of the road just before the Fire Brigade Station.
